By creating an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

ServAsan is a web-based software service that lets business owners build digital menus, take online orders, manage branches and staff, and view sales reports.

We provide the software infrastructure and are not a party to the transaction between a business and its guests.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

Information you provide at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.

If you notice unauthorised use of your account, tell us as soon as possible.

Access to features is governed by your chosen plan and its limits (branches, menus, items and QR codes).

Subscriptions do not renew automatically at the end of the purchased period; continued use requires a new subscription.

When a subscription expires, access to management features is restricted.

Subscription payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway.

Guest payments for food orders, where online payment is enabled, run through the business's own gateway and settle directly into the business's account; we are not a financial intermediary in those transactions.

The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of the gateway details entered in the panel.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (item names and photos, descriptions, logos and similar).

You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

We may remove content that violates the law without prior notice.

We aim to keep the service continuously available, but temporary interruptions may occur for updates, maintenance, or reasons outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for losses caused by temporary downtime is limited to the subscription fee paid for the current period.

Your account may be suspended or removed if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or carry out unlawful activity.

You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the service after a new version is published means you accept it.
